– CT Modality Certifications (only) = $10 cancelation fee

CT Modality Certification Courses:
**CT Modality Certification courses are NOT eligible for CE credits, they are initial certification ONLY.
Note: Staff may complete modality certification courses at any time, however, in order to perform a delegated modality on patients, staff must first receive their CT license (via completion of the 12-hour CT Initial Certification course) AND have the specialty designation for that modality added to their CT license by the state.

Join your friends and peers on the green for the Fall Experience Golf Outing on Thursday, October 2nd at Trappers Turn for a 9-hole shotgun start at 2:00 p.m. Trappers Turn Golf Club offers an unparalleled golf experience on their championship course that is challenging to the good player, yet offers a design that is more playable and fun to allow every player a great round of golf. Vendors are welcome to join and may accompany groups of three doctors.
Have specific friends you want to golf with? When filling out your Fall Experience registration, you will be prompted to list anyone you would like to golf with. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled!
