Cancelation Policy: Cancelations prior to Friday, September 18th receive a full refund. Any cancelations as of this date or after incur a $200 cancelation fee.

Exhibitor Booth Information:
What Is Included In a Booth:
- An 8×10 exhibit booth with pipe and drape.
- One 6′ or 8’ table or high-table. (may add additional table for a fee)
- One electrical outlet (if preregistered).
- Two Chairs.
- Registration for two representatives. (may add additional representatives for a fee)
- Lunches: Tickets for the lunch on Friday and Saturday with the doctors are included in the registration fee.
Booth Assignments and Confirmation Materials:
Booth assignments are conducted on a first come (paid), first served basis, with payment required at the time of registration and Sponsors receiving premier booth location. We do not accept requests for specific booth locations, but will honor to the best of our ability requests to be placed close to or far from another vendor.

Join us on the green for the Fall Experience Golf Outing on Thursday, October 1st at Trappers Turn for a 9-hole shotgun start at 2:00 p.m. Trappers Turn Golf Club offers an unparalleled golf experience on their championship course that is challenging to the good player, yet offers a design that is more playable and fun to allow every player a great round of golf. Vendors are welcome to join and may accompany groups of three doctors.
Have specific friends you want to golf with? When filling out your Fall Experience registration, you will be prompted to list anyone you would like to golf with. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled!
Interested in sponsoring a hole for golf?
Sponsors to provide a DOOR PRIZE (Min $25 Value). Hole sponsorship includes Signage and a Free ticket for One golfer.
