It provides the necessary training to satisfy the State of Wisconsin’s licensing requirements for initial certification as a Chiropractic Technician.

• IMPORTANT: The online program is through a Third-Party website platform. 
  **After proceeding to checkout – do NOT attempt to “Log-In”, you must create a “NEW” account for your staff member by selecting “SIGN-UP”. Add staff name to the Account Information section and DC’s info under contact/additional information section.
• Please note that the email and phone number you supply within the registration will be where all contact from CSW, questions, completion documentation, etc., will be sent.
• One staff member per course, you may not reuse the same course account for multiple staff members.
