DC & CA/CT/CRT of the Year Awards!

The Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin is now accepting nominations for the 2026 DC of the Year and CA/CT/CRT of the Year Awards! These awards will be presented during The Fall Experience in October.

Your nomination helps celebrate individuals who strengthen our profession and have a lasting impact on our patients, practices, and communities.  Please take a moment to nominate a deserving colleague or team member by: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4th, 2026.

**Nominees must be current CSW DC members or Staff person employed by a current CSW DC member.

Requirements:

DC of the Year Award:

Recognizes a Doctor of Chiropractic who has made outstanding contributions through:

  • Public service and community involvement
  • Service to the health and wellness of the public
  • Advancement of the chiropractic profession through leadership, education, research, or service
  • Service to the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin and/or national chiropractic organizations

CA/CT/CRT of the Year Award:

Honors an exceptional Chiropractic Assistant, Chiropractic Technician, or Chiropractic Radiologic Technologist who has demonstrated:

  • Outstanding contributions in their role through professionalism, initiative, teamwork, leadership, and exceptional patient care
  • Service to the health and wellness of their community
  • Personal qualities and achievements that exemplify excellence within the chiropractic profession
