The CSW would like to make you aware of an important piece of legislation, Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act (H.R. 539), that is gaining support in Congress which would modernize Medicare by expanding coverage for services provided by chiropractors, thus helping to improve access to care for Medicare beneficiaries.
The CSW, along with Representative Dr. Clint Moses, is excited about the potential impact H.R. 539 could have on Medicare patients. This is a great opportunity to improve access to care for a large subset of the population, while also having a positive impact on chiropractors. Representative Moses has been in contact with Senator Johnson’s office who emphasizes that even though this is at the federal level, it is still important to reach out to your local legislators to voice your support.
As such, the CSW is encouraging you to reach out to Senator Ron Johnson, Senator Tammy Baldwin, and your local congressman in support of the Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act (H.R. 539) by next week FRIDAY, JULY 24.

- Enter your home address in “Who are my legislators?”
There will then be a pop-up listing your Senator and Representative along with their contact information.
