Empowering Chiropractic to Vitalize Wisconsin

The Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin is not your average organization—

We are a movement. A family. A force for health freedom and the unapologetic beacon of chiropractic.

We are warriors for TIC and Well-being.

For over a decade, we’ve stood shoulder-to-shoulder with chiropractors and the people of Wisconsin—fighting at the Capitol, speaking truth to power, and defending the right to choose natural, drug-free care. Now, we’re turning up the volume and going on the offense.

Here’s who we are and what we stand for:

  • We are member-driven and mission-focused. Everything we do is to promote and enhance the practice of chiropractic and protect your ability to serve with integrity, passion, and freedom.
  • We believe chiropractic is a way of life. We champion the life-enhancing, transformative care chiropractors deliver every day—and we’re not afraid to shout it from the rooftops.
  • We honor our roots. Grounded in the founding principles of chiropractic, we fight fiercely for your right to practice holistic, hands-on, drug-free healing—without compromise.
  • We protect the sacred trust. The chiropractic adjustment and the philosophy behind it are non-negotiables. We defend their uniqueness as vital to the future of true health care.
  • We show up. Whether it’s the Capitol steps or the committee floor, we fight legislatively and financially to push back against anything—or anyone—that threatens chiropractic freedom.
  • We are your voice. We represent YOU in the political arena to ensure your ability to serve your patients is never compromised, silenced, or sidelined.
  • We break down barriers. From regulation to misinformation, we tackle what holds chiropractors back from practicing to their fullest potential.
  • We listen. We respect all perspectives, honor diverse voices, and make bold moves rooted in the collective wisdom of our members.
  • We serve the people. Every decision we make upholds the sacred doctor–patient relationship. We lead with love, integrity, and a fierce commitment to honoring the innate intelligence in every body.

CSW Position on inclusion of prescription rights into the chiropractic scope of practice

It is the position of the CSW that the chiropractic profession is based on a very special and unique philosophy and natural method of healing that is increasingly being sought out by the public.   Thus, the CSW is committed to providing natural healthcare to the citizens of Wisconsin without the use of drugs and surgery.

The Vision  and purpose of the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin does not and will not include the expansion of scope of practice for chiropractic in Wisconsin to include the use of drugs or surgery.

The CSW is joined in this position by more than 40 other chiropractic organizations that comprise the Chiropractic Summit. To ensure that there was a clear and concise public position the Chiropractic Summit published and the CSW has adopted the following statement:

“The drug issue is a non-issue because no chiropractic organization in the Summit promotes the inclusion of prescription drug rights and all chiropractic organizations in the Summit support the drug-free approach to health care.”
