Set Up/Take Down Info:
Set-up: Thursday, February 5th, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm and Friday, February 6th, 6:00 am – 7:00 am. ALL Exhibits MUST be in place by 7:00 am on Friday, February 6th.

- Please Note: Exhibit space is in an open hallway, no booth – table only.
Take-Down: Exhibitors may begin dismantling their space at 3:30pm on Saturday, February 7th.
Shipping Instructions:
If you have items to ship, please send them directly to the hotel.
On the address label, please place your name/company under the hotels’ name so the hotel can confirm the correct recipient.
